The total passenger volume inside the Blazer is an impressive 3,053 litres, with 41 inches of legroom in the front seats and a very generous 39.6 inches in the back.

The first powerplant is a 2.0-litre turbo-four that develops 228 horsepower and 258 lb.-ft. of torque, the standard engine for the entry-level LT model in front or all-wheel drive form. The second engine is a 3.6-litre V-6 that’s standard with the True North, RS, and range-topping Premier trim levels. This unit ups the power ante to 308 horsepower and 270 lb.-ft. of torque, and it’s also available as an option for the LT. All configurations send power to the wheels through a nine-speed automatic transmission.
Many automakers are strongly emphasizing safety features these days, and Chevrolet has certainly adopted that philosophy with the 2024 Blazer. Every model comes with frontal and seat-mounted side-impact airbags for the driver and front passenger, a knee airbag for the driver, and head-curtain airbags for the front and rear outboard seating positions. Also standard are a rear vision camera and tire pressure monitoring, but even more advanced safety features are included and available.
The Chevrolet Safety Assist package is also standard, which includes Automatic Emergency Braking, Front Pedestrian Braking, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, Following Distance Indicator, Forward Collision Alert, and IntelliBeam automatic high beams. And if you choose the RS or Premier trims, the Safety Plus Package is an option that adds Wireless Charging, HD Surround Vision, a Rear Camera Mirror, Adaptive Cruise Control, Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking, Safety Alert Seat, and LED headlamps.
