Trim Levels
The Chevrolet Suburban lineup starts with the LS and continues through LT, RST, Z71, Premier, and High Country trims. LS models feature LED exterior lighting, 20-inch aluminum wheels, and strong body sculpting, giving the Chevrolet Suburban a cleaner, more contemporary appearance than earlier generations. LT trims add chrome exterior detailing and a hands-free programmable power liftgate. RST models replace much of the brightwork with Gloss Black exterior accents, Black roof rails, Black badging, and 24-inch Bright machined High Gloss Black-painted wheels. Z71 trims focus more heavily on off-road capability with front skid plates, red recovery hooks, all-terrain tires, and a revised front fascia that improves approach angles. Premier trims feature upgraded LED lighting elements and more upscale exterior detailing. High Country models sit at the top of the range with unique grille treatments, bronze-accented exterior details, and exclusive wheel designs.

Performance
The standard powerplant under the hood of the 2026 Chevrolet Suburban is a 5.3-litre EcoTec3 V-8 producing 355 horsepower and 383 lb.-ft. of torque. High Country trims feature a 6.2-litre EcoTec3 V-8 delivering 420 horsepower and 460 lb.-ft. of torque. Chevrolet also offers a 3.0-litre Duramax turbo-diesel inline-6 producing 305 horsepower and 495 lb.-ft. of torque on selected trims. Every Chevrolet Suburban is four-wheel drive, and every engine comes with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The diesel engine achieves 11.5 L/100 km in the city and 9.7 L/100 km on the highway. Properly equipped models can tow up to 3,674 kilograms. Independent rear suspension improves third-row comfort and cargo packaging compared with older Chevrolet Suburban generations. Available Magnetic Ride Control reacts quickly to changing road surfaces, while available Four-Corner Air Ride Adaptive Suspension adjusts ride height depending on road conditions, trailers, or cargo loads.
Features and Technology
Every trim features a 17.7-inch infotainment touchscreen and an 11-inch Driver Information Centre. Wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, Google built-in, and HD Surround Vision also come standard across the lineup. Multiple USB ports are available across all three rows, while wireless phone charging helps reduce clutter around the centre console. The Chevrolet Suburban can seat up to nine people, depending on configuration. Leather upholstery, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel are widely available. RST models feature perforated leather seating and darker interior treatments with Victory Red stitching. Premier trims add ventilated front seats, heated second-row bucket seats, Bose Centrepoint Surround Sound with 10 speakers, and a power-sliding centre console. High Country trims feature a 15-inch Head-Up Display, Rear Camera Mirror, and real wood décor. The Chevrolet Suburban also provides one of the largest cargo areas available in any SUV.
