The 2025 Equinox is available in three trim levels: LT, ACTIV, and RS. Three trims may not be a lot compared to some, but all three trim levels have their own personality. The LT base trim level offers a generous range of standard and available features, such as LED lighting and Chevrolet Safety Assist. The LT is also available with a Midnight Edition package that adds High Gloss Black grille finishes and other black accents. ACTIV is the outdoor-inspired trim level with a rugged front fascia, all-terrain tires, a white roof for a two-tone finish, and a Maple Sugar and Black interior theme with premium Evotex and sueded microfiber seating surfaces. The RS is the sporty and dynamic trim level that sets itself apart with a wide grille opening, a high gloss finish on the grille bar and lower fascia, and 19-inch Carbon Flash machined aluminum wheels.
The 2025 Chevrolet Equinox is a versatile and efficient crossover that debuts with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine that develops 175 horsepower and is mated to a continuously variable transmission in front-wheel-drive configurations or an eight-speed automatic transmission with available all-wheel-drive. In Canada, all-wheel-drive is standard on ACTIV and RS trims. The Equinox has a maximum towing capacity of up to 1,500 pounds in the available all-wheel-drive format. And, for the first time, the all-new 2025 Equinox offers driver-selectable modes, accessed via a rotator on the centre console. The driver can choose from Normal and Snow on front-wheel-drive-equipped vehicles, while all-wheel-drive models also get an Off-Road mode. Drive modes adjust propulsion system performance to handle the conditions best. The 2025 Equinox is designed to deliver a smooth, responsive, and engaging driving experience in a variety of conditions and environments.

The Equinox has always been bigger inside than it looks from the outside, and the 2025 model is no exception.
